5:26 p.m.: Philip K. Breining, 56, of the 600 block of West Fourth Street, at West Main Street and Missouri Avenue, on pending charges of driving while revoked and careless and imprudent driving.
8:15 p.m.: Tyler J. Walker, 22, of the 300 block of Colonial Court, at West Sixth Street and South Missouri Avenue, on a pending charge of driving while suspended.
10:05 p.m.: Alicia M. Sims, 21, of the 300 block of East 11th Street, at West 15th Street and South Grand Avenue, on a charge of drinking alcohol on a public street.
1:18 a.m.: Teri G. Henseley, 36, of the 900 block of East 13th Street, at Broadway Boulevard and Ohio Avenue, on a charge of driving while suspended.
1:36 a.m.: Steven C. Gladney, 29, of the 400 block of Buckner Court, at his home, on a charge of driving while suspended.
2:07 a.m.: James C. Seymore, 44, of the 800 block of Mitchell Road, in the 3100 block of West Broadway Boulevard, on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
11:24 a.m.: Sunglasses of unknown value were reported stolen from a business in the 1700 block of West Broadway Boulevard.
4:28 p.m.: A Vicky Hartzler political sign was taken from a yard in the 2300 block of East Broadway Boulevard. The owner said the sign had been placed in the city right of way and thought it might have been removed by a city employee.
12:40 p.m.: A Bushnell telescope was left at a business in the 100 block of West Pacific Street. The telescope was taken by police as found property.
3:42 p.m.: A laptop computer was stolen from a residence in the 500 block of West Seventh Street.
1 a.m.: An assault by four suspects was reported to have occurred at a business in the 300 block of South Lamine Avenue.
Pettis County Sheriff’s Office
11:30 a.m.: Christopher L. Clough, age and address not reported, in the 1500 block of South Harrison Avenue, on a Henry County warrant.
10:47 a.m.: An assault was reported between some juveniles at an unreported address in the western part of Pettis County. No injuries were sustained.
