Mallory Marie Schehr and Seth Garett Hutchison, both of Columbia, were married at 4 p.m. July 14, 2012, at First Baptist Church in Columbia.
The bride is the daughter of Kevin and Patti Schehr, of Versailles. The groom is the son of Dick and LaVena Hutchison, of Sedalia.
The Rev. Rodney Brown conducted the ceremony. Kevin Schehr was the vocalist and Pat Clifford provided music. The Prairie Strings Quartet also performed.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Sara Moon was the matron of honor. Tristan Collins was the maid of honor. Haley Johanson, Lauren Sanders and Katie Reinert were bridesmaids. Bailey Brown was the flower girl. Dodge Andersen, cousin of the groom, and Katie Roussin, cousin of the bride, were candlelighters. Melanie Eppright and Margaret Eppright, cousins of the bride, were guest book attendants. Kolby Nicholson was in charge of the gift table.
Jesse McKee was the best man. Cory Birdsong, Chance Hutchison and Cole Hutchison, brothers of the groom, and Landry Cobb were groomsmen. Parker Brown and Zeke Miller were ring bearers. Bobby Phillips, Stephen Knoche, Michael Dear and Dodge Andersen were ushers.
A rehearsal dinner was hosted by Dick and LaVena Hutchison. The reception was at the Reynolds Alumni Center at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
The bride, a 2006 graduate of Versailles High School, is working toward a doctorate in veterinary medicine at the University of Missouri-Columbia. She plans to graduate in May.
The groom, a 2005 graduate of Northwest High School, received a bachelorís degree with an emphasis in physical education and health from Central Methodist University in Fayette. He also studied at the World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa. He is employed by Columbia Public Schools and is an auctioneer for Dick Hutchison Auction and Real Estate, LLC.
The couple honeymooned in the Bahamas. They live in Columbia.
