Williams anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Williams, of Green Ridge, will celebrate their 50th anniversary with an open house from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday at the Green Ridge Recreation Center.

Jerry Williams and Penny Sublett were married July 2, 1966, in Sedalia by minister George Harley.

Mr. Williams is retired from Alcan. Mrs. Williams is retired from Walmart and works part-time at Those Were the Days.

The couple have three children, Jeff (Christy) Williams, of Jackson, Georgia, Merl Williams, of Jefferson City, and Andrew (Shelly) Williams, of Sedalia; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
