The Sedalia Senior Center is a nonprofit organization overseen by the Care Connection for Aging Services. The center is located at 312 S. Washington and provides services for area seniors, age 60 and older. The food is prepared by the kitchen staff at the center and is delivered by volunteers. Monday: Salisbury steak or chicken and dumplings, mashed potatoes with gravy, broccoli, peas and carrots, wheat roll, lemon pudding.
Tuesday: Pineapple ham or liver and onions, scalloped potatoes, green beans, broccoli, wheat roll, oatmeal cookie.
Wednesday: Lasagna or lemon pepper baked Tilapia, cauliflower, spinach, savory potato wedges, wheat bread, bread pudding.
Thursday: Center closed
Friday: Center closed
