Septagon Construction Co. hosted a groundbreaking ceremony Monday for “The Maple Square” at the site of the new retail facility located at 115 W. Broadway Blvd. in Sedalia.

Representatives from the Sedalia Area Chamber of Commerce and community supporters joined members of the Septagon Construction team in congratulating local businessman Jorge Guevara, of Guesa USA, on his most recent endeavor.

“The new building will house American Family Care, which will provide walk-in treatment of urgent care, family medical and occupational health needs,” Guevara said. “The clinic is expected to be open this September.”

Septagon Construction is the design-build general contractor for the project.
