Arrests

April 29

3:17 p.m.: Travis James Clunie, 25, of the 1900 block of South Lamine Avenue in Sedalia, was arrested in the 200 block of West Second Street on charges of rape and statutory rape.

April 30

12:18 a.m.: Eric Ryan Janes, 30, of Columbia, was arrested near the intersection of West 18th Street and South Osage Avenue on charges of distribution, delivery or manufacture of synthetic narcotics (methamphetamine), possession of synthetic narcotics, resisting or interfering with a felony arrest, driving with a suspended or revoked license, an outstanding warrant, and possession of drug paraphernalia after he had evaded two attempts of a traffic stop earlier that evening. Upon finally being stopped, Janes ran from a pursuing officer, according to a police report.

12:53 a.m.: Carmen Ann Thompson, 24, of California, Missouri, was arrested near the intersection of West 18th Street and South Osage Avenue in Sedalia, on charges of distribution, delivery or manufacture of synthetic narcotics (methamphetamine), possession of synthetic narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

3:27 a.m. Wesley Cole Bradley, 22, of Stover, was arrested in the 700 block of East 11th Street on charges of possession of non-narcotic drugs and an outstanding warrant.

8:52 p.m.: Michael David Rackham, 37, of the 600 block of South Missouri Avenue in Sedalia, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

10:24 p.m.: Scotty J. Franklin, 38, of the 400 block of North Grand Avenue in Sedalia, was arrested near the intersection of North Missouri Avenue and West Pettis Street on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop.

May 1

12:07 a.m.: Miesha M. Ross, 29, of Florissant, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on right half of roadway and no possession of valid insurance.

12:32 a.m.: Euxandre S. Leon, 23, of Kansas City, Missouri, was arrested in Clay County on charges of driving with a suspended license, speeding 16-19 mph over the posted speed limit, failure to drive in a single lane, and a misdemeanor warrant out of Kansas City, Missouri.

3:06 a.m.: Sheldon M. Guthrie, 23, of Knob Noster, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving involving a crash, and leaving the scene of an accident.

6:17 a.m.: Jim Semens, 35, of Marshall, was arrested in Saline County on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

7:08 a.m.: Francky Douyon, 28, of Kansas City, Missouri, was arrested in Clay County on charges of driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana, speeding, no possession of valid insurance, no seat belt, misdemeanor warrants out of Kansas City, Jackson County and Sugar Creek.

7:40 a.m.: Luz R. Melgarejo, 18, of Kansas City, Missouri, was arrested in Clay County on charges of minor in possession of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia.

7:40 a.m.: Melanie J. Hale, 18, of Kansas City, Missouri, was arrested in Clay County on charges of minor in possession of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia.

7:40 a.m.: Abou D. Diop, 24, of Kansas City, Missouri, was arrested in Clay County on a charge of possession of marijuana.
