Sedalia Police Department
7:48 a.m.: Mary R. Nandho, 42, of Sweet Springs, was arrested near the intersection of East Saline Street and North Engineer Avenue on charges of no/defective tail-lights and driving with a suspended license.
4:05 p.m.: Chelsea N. Byrd, 24, of the 700 block of East Fifth Street, was arrested near the intersection of South Missouri Avenue and West Broadway Boulevard on a charge of driving with a revoked license.
5:20 p.m.: Joshua D. McAlister, 31, no address given, was arrested in the 200 block of West Third Street on charges of second degree assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, peace disturbance and second degree trespassing. An officer responded to a report of an intoxicated individual causing a disturbance and threatening staff. The officer made contact with the subject and told him to leave several times, and the subject refused. The officer attempted to place the man in custody and he resisted. While struggling with the man, another officer arrived and deployed his Taser. The man was then taken into custody and taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center to be cleared for confinement. Once cleared, he was taken to the Pettis County Jail.
9:51 p.m.: Tylar R. Simon, 27, of the 1800 block of South Kentucky Avenue, was arrested at his residence on charges of third degree assault, two active warrants and possession of marijuana. An officer responded to a weapon disturbance. They made contact with the male victim who said the suspect threatened him with a handgun. The officer made contact with the suspect and through the investigation it was found he had two active warrants and was in possession of marijuana.
12:50 a.m.: Joseph W. Homan, 55, of the 900 block of West Fifth Street, was arrested near the intersection of West 12th Street and South Osage Avenue on a charge of driving with a revoked license.
3:15 p.m.: A hit-and-run vehicle accident was reported in a business lot in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard. A witness followed tire marks along the road to a residence. Contact was made with the subject and charges of driving with a suspended license, no proof of insurance and leaving the scene of a vehicle accident.
Pettis County Sheriff’s Office
8:09 p.m.: Terry Dean Wiseman Jr., of Sedalia, was arrested near E ast Broadway Boulevard and Massachusetts Avenue in Sedalia on a charge of driving with a revoked/suspended license.
5:23 a.m.: Christopher Jacob Kast, of Olathe, Kansas, was arrested in the 11000 block of U.S. Highway 50 on charges of receiving stolen property and attempted burglary.
7:40 a.m.: A pickup truck was reported stolen from a company lot in the 23000 block of Sacajawea Road in Sedalia.
Missouri State Highway Patrol
2:50 a.m.: Samantha D. Brown, 27, of Holts Summit, was arrested in Moniteau County on a charge of driving with a revoked license.
