Arrests

Sept. 2

9:58 p.m.: Evan Christian Bankovich, 22, of the 2800 block of Whitney Drive in Sedalia, was arrested near the intersection of South Limit Avenue and West 16th Street on charges of domestic assault in the second degree, assault in the first degree and property damage in the second degree after he intentionally rammed another vehicle.

Sept. 3

3:47 p.m.: Anthony Joseph Botto Jr., 31 of the 1700 block of South Ohio Street in Sedalia, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

2:47 p.m.: Terri R. Tarwater, age unknown, of the 5600 block of South Limit Avenue in Sedalia, was arrested in the 4300 block of Wisconsin Avenue on a charge of shoplifting/stealing.

Sept. 1

2:12 p.m.: Tony C. Griffy, 41, of Sedalia, was arrested near the intersection of U.S. Highway 50 and Overstreet Road on a charge of felony driving on a revoked license.

Sept. 3

8:25 a.m.: Dillon Smith, 24, of Richmond, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of driving while intoxicated, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and possession of drug paraphernalia.

10:48 a.m.: Logan W. McLennan, 17, of Holden, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on right half of the roadway, and no seat belt.

12:00 p.m.: Harley L. Liles, 52, of Jackson, Arkansas, was arrested in Saline County on charges of driving while intoxicated and driving on a suspended license.

3:16 p.m.: Mandi M. Bethard, 32, was arrested in Benton County on a felony warrant out of Leavenworth County, Kansas, a misdemeanor warrant out of Dallas County and driving with a suspended license.

5:46 p.m.: Clint A. Young, 32, of Warrensburg, was arrested in Benton County on charges of boating while intoxicated, and operating in excess of no wake speed within 100 feet of a dock.

7:10 p.m.: Lisa M. Bryan,, 29, of Overland Park, Kansas, was arrested in Johnson County on a felony Jackson County warrant and expired registration.

Sept. 4

12:34 a.m.: Erin E. Waters, 27, of Independence, was arrested in Henry County on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and displaying license plates from another vehicle.

12:49 a.m.: Mercedes L. Clemons, 17, of Excelsior Sporings, was arrested in Johnson County on a charge of misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

12:49 a.m.: David M. Zawondy, 17, of Excelsior Springs, was arrested in Johnson County on a charge of misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

1:30 a.m.: Tina U. Parrish, 41, of Kansas City, Missouri, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and no insurance.

1:44 a.m.: Raymond Arias, 24, of Sedalia, was arrested in Pettis County on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

1:45 a.m.: Lavon D. Freeman, 37, of Kansas City, Missouri, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance and felony unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
