Man arrested for DWI

A Green Ridge man was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated after a single-vehicle accident at 2:21 a.m. Sunday in Pettis County.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Kaleb S. Dove, 22, was driving north on state Route 127 near state Route B when he failed to negotiate a curve. His vehicle traveled off the left side of the roadway and overturned.

Dove, who was not wearing a seat belt, sustained moderate injuries but refused treatment at the scene.

He was also arrested on charges of leaving the scene of an accident, failure to drive on the right half of the road and failure to wear a seat belt.

Monett woman injured in Henry

A Monett woman was injured in a single-vehicle accident at 12:20 p.m. Saturday in Henry County.

Sarah E. Davis, 37, was driving north on state Route 13 at County Road SE 400 when she drove her vehicle off the left side of the roadway and it struck a highway sign, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report.

Davis was transported to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton by a Missouri Highway Patrol State trooper for treatment of minor injuries. Reports indicate Davis was wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident.
