A Sedalia woman has been accused of raping a teenage boy during the last few weeks.

On July 20, the mother of a 13-year-old Sedalia boy reported to the Pettis County Sheriff’s Office he had sex with Nicole D. Porter, 20.

According to court documents, Porter admitted during an interview with a detective to getting drunk with the alleged victim while at her residence in the 600 block of Southwood Drive, then having sex with him on two occasions within the last few weeks. She also admitted she knew the boy was only 13.

The day after her interview, Porter’s two roommates brought a notebook belonging to her to the sheriff’s office. A search warrant was granted, and the notebook included notes about Porter and the boy.

“I met this one kid his name is (redacted). He made me feel very happy, I felt like I was loved for once but I don’t think it was love I think I was used! We kissed hugged, held hands, for sake (sic) we had sex,” an excerpt from the notebook reads.

A forensic interview of the victim took place Monday at Child Safe of West Central Missouri Inc. in Sedalia. He disclosed that he had sex with Porter on two occasions.

The victim stated he was forced to drink alcohol and had been threatened with harm by Porter and her female roommate if he refused. Once intoxicated, Porter took the boy to her room where they had sex. The victim said he told Porter no, but she didn’t stop.

During a second interview with Porter on Tuesday, she confirmed the notebook was hers, but denied forcing the victim into having sex.

Porter has been charged with first degree statutory rape. She is at the Pettis County Jail on a $50,000 bond, cash or surety. She is not to have any contact with the alleged victim. An arraignment took place at 11 a.m. Thursday.
