Woman injured in one-car accident


A woman received injuries to her neck and shoulder after losing control of her car and hitting a tree near the 900 block of South Kentucky Avenue around 9:20 a.m. Thursday. Sedalia Police Department, Sedalia Fire Department and Pettis County Ambulance District responded to the accident. SPD Officer Casey DeVorss said it was a one-car accident and the woman wasn’t “clear” on what happened; she may have had a medical episode.
