The Missouri State Fair has made its first concert announcement for the 2017 line-up at the Pepsi Grandstand — country music group Little Big Town.

The Grammy Award-winning group will perform at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 19, typically the last concert of the Fair. According to MSF, Little Big Town will have an opening act that has not yet been announced.

Little Big Town recently released their seventh album, “The Breaker,” which includes the popular single, “Better Man.” According to Little Big Town’s website, the single is the group’s fastest-rising radio single and has hit No. 1 on both the Billboard and MediaBase country airplay charts after only 18 weeks.

Tickets to the Little Big Town concert at the Fair range from $30 to $55. Grandstand tickets do not include admission to the Fair.

Concert tickets will be on sale starting at 9 a.m. June 20 through ticketmaster.com or at 800-796-6776 or 800-745-3000. The Missouri State Fair Box Office opens at noon June 26 for walk-up orders.

The 2017 Missouri State Fair in Sedalia will be hosted Aug. 10-20 with the theme “Come home.”
