Erin Dae Loges and Matthew Dean Kreisel were married at 4 p.m. Aug. 8, 2015, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Alma. The bride is the daughter of Paul and Tommie Loges, of Alma. The bridegroom is the son of Larry and Cathy Kreisel, of Sedalia.
The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Dr. Kenneth Wesemann and the Honorable Dennis A. Rolf. The bride was given in marriage by her father.
The maid of honor was Haylie Loges, sister of the bride. Shawna Loges, sister-in-law of the bride, was the matron of honor. Lorie Kreisel, Karie Sedlak, Laura Rehmer and Mallory Callaway, were the bridesmaids. The junior bridesmaids were Brooke Vogelsmeier, Rachel Vogelsmeier, and Kendall Vogelsmeier, cousins of the bride.
Scott Kreisel, brother of the groom, and Charlie Smith, were the best men. Jess Loges, brother of the bride, Matt Homan, Mike McCurdy, and Travis Berry were groomsmen. The ushers were Thom McCulloch, Josh Fields and Pete McDowell. Ryan Kreisel and Owen Kreisel, nephews of the groom were the junior groomsmen. The flower girl was Rebecca Loges, niece of the bride. Caleb Loges, nephew of the bride, was the ring bearer.
The bride is 2000 graduate of Santa Fe High School. She received her master’s from the University of Central Missouri as a family nurse practitioner and she is employed by Take Care Clinics in Kansas City.
The groom is a 2000 graduate of Smith Cotton High School in Sedalia. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in computer information systems from the University of Central Missouri, Warrensburg, and is employed as a senior software engineer for Cerner Corporation in Kansas City.
A reception followed the ceremony and was hosted at the Brass on Baltimore in Kansas City. After a honeymoon to Maui, the couple will reside in Kansas City.
