Pettis County Sheriff’s Office deputies and Sedalia Police Department officers teamed up to conduct a traffic stop Tuesday that resulted in three arrests.

According to a Pettis County Sheriff’s Office news release, deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 3800 block of East Broadway Boulevard in Sedalia. During the stop, deputies requested an officer and K9 unit from SPD to assist.

Deputies arrested Jessica Williams, 27, of Sedalia, on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance inside a jail facility, no seat belt and failure to yield to oncoming traffic.

Deputies also arrested Kyle N. Richards, 31, of Sedalia, on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, no proof of insurance, no seat belt, tampering with evidence and failure to register as a sex offender.

Ahmad J. Dupree was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Pettis County.
