Two Sedalians have been charged with drug distribution after a search warrant was served at their residence.
According to a Pettis County Sheriff’s Office news release, on Tuesday, Nov. 24, deputies and Sedalia Police Department officers served a search warrant at a residence in the 600 block of South Osage Avenue.
During a search of the residence, marijuana, methamphetamine, ecstasy and a pistol were found.
Deandre Williams, 24, and Jasmine O’Neal, 20, both of the residence, have both been charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. Both are at the Pettis County Jail on a $125,000 bond, cash or surety.
An arraignment for Williams took place Monday and a hearing has been scheduled for 1:30 p.m. today. An arraignment for O’Neal took place Monday and a hearing has been scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 8.
Deanna Gilmore, 25, was arrested for an active failure to appear warrant with a $1,500 bond. She was taken to the Pettis County Jail pending the posting of bond.
