Warrensburg man injured in crash
A Warrensburg man was injured in a single-vehicle accident at 6:35 a.m. Thursday in Johnson County.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Daniel Lopez, 35, was driving east on state Route DD, nine-tenths of a mile east of County Road SE 611, when his vehicle traveled off the road and struck a guardrail.
Lopez, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken by Johnson County Ambulance District to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg with minor injuries.
Woman injured in Morgan wreck
A Florence woman was injured in a single-vehicle accident at 7:15 a.m. Thursday in Morgan County.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Desiray I. Marriott, 25, was driving north on state Route JJ, a half mile north of South Jaybird Lane, when her vehicle traveled off the right side of the road. The vehicle then overturned before striking a tree.
Marriott, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken by Mid-Missouri Ambulance District to Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City with minor injuries.
