Rick Ball Ford Lincoln is bringing the Ford Drive 4 UR Community Program to Sedalia in an effort to raise up to $6,000 for the Sedalia Bombers U12 AAA baseball team from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 5.

“We know extra funding for youth sports activities is often difficult to obtain and we at Rick Ball recognize the importance of youth sporting activities, said Ryan Ball, general manger at Rick Ball Ford Lincoln. “I know that youth baseball provides positive and productive life lessons for young people across America and that is why we’re extremely excited to raise money for the Sedalia Bombers U12 AAA baseball team and assist them with their sports dream and endeavor to perform at the 2016 American Youth Baseball Hall of Fame Invitational Tournament in Cooperstown, New York in June.”

For every person who takes the wheel and test-drives an eligible Ford vehicle at the dealership March 5, Rick Ball and Ford will donate $20 to the team. The funds will help assist the team by offsetting the expenses and allow the boys to attend the 2016 American Youth Baseball Hall of Fame Invitational Tournament in Cooperstown, New York, in June.

“We are very excited to be selected to play in this invitation only tournament,” said Doug Hunolt, Sedalia Bombers U12 AAA assistant baseball coach. “As one of the only Missouri baseball teams selected, we will strive to represent Sedalia, Pettis County and Missouri to the best of our ability. This opportunity will allow the boys to compete with some of the finest baseball teams in the country, and the boys are very excited to have the opportunity to participate in such a venue.”

The Ford Drive 4 UR Community Program event will allow the general public to look, touch, feel and test-drive the new Ford vehicles without having any pressure to make a purchase. To participate in this event, visit Rick Ball Lincoln Ford at 2505 Broadway Blvd.
