The Missouri Academy of Family Physicians (MAFP), which supports more than 1,200 active members in the workforce, is seeking nominations for “Missouri Family Physician of the Year.” The deadline for nominations is Monday, Jan. 30. Nominations may be made by the public, as well as by physicians.
A Nomination Form explaining why this person deserves the Family Physician of the Year Award must be completed and submitted by the deadline. Include a description of what characteristics make this family physician stand out among his/her colleagues.
