Carla Curry and Seth Petsch recently completed the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation steps from the Center for Fiduciary Studies.
The AIF designation signifies specialized knowledge of fiduciary responsibility and the ability to implement policies and procedures that meet a defined standard of care. The designation is the culmination of a rigorous training program, which includes a comprehensive, closed-book final examination under the supervision of a proctor, and agreement to abide by the Code of Ethics and Conduct Standards.
“Earning the AIF reinforces our commitment to education and offering the best resources to our clients, especially with the anticipated upcoming Department of Labor changes,” Financial Planner Craig Coen said. “Our firm has acted in a fiduciary manor for many years, but this designation supports our pledge to act on behalf of the best interest of our clients.”
All advisors at Murdock Banner Financial Group now have their AIF designations as well as a member of the Client Service team, Seth Petsch.
