April 4 Police Reports


This list is a sampling of crime in Sedalia and the surrounding area. Information is taken from official police reports, which do not necessarily contain statements from all parties involved in each case.

Arrests

April 1

3:46 p.m.: Michelle Annette Tolle, 50, of the 1600 block of West Broadway Boulevard in Sedalia, was arrested in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard on a charge of shoplifting and an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in court.

4:42 p.m.: Shane Lewis Mundy, 25, of Sedalia, and Ryan L. Newland, 21, of the 400 block of Albright Court were arrested in the 1300 block of South Ohio Avenue on charges of distribution or delivery of synthetic narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia after police responded to the address after a report of a burglary and discovered the men in an apartment with the illegal drugs and contraband.

9:41 p.m.: Timothy Shane Le Maire, 26, of the 1700 block of South Quincy Avenue in Sedalia, was arrested near the intersection of East Main Street and South Massachusetts Avenue on charges of driving with a revoked license, possession of synthetic narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of dangerous non-narcotic drugs, and failure to keep Schedule II narcotics in their original container following a traffic stop for driving with no taillights. A passenger, Vena Rae Schoonover, 24, of the 700 block of South Lafayette Avenue in Sedalia, was also arrested on charges of possession of synthetic narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to keep Schedule II narcotics inside their original container.

April 2

Jason P. Clark, 29, of the 1600 block of South Ohio Avenue was arrested in the 500 block of South Engineer Avenue in Sedalia, on a charge of domestic assault in the second degree after reportedly throwing a drink at a woman.

Adam Lynn Kettle, 39, of the 2600 block of North Woodlawn Avenue in Sedalia, was arrested at the same address on charges of harassment to frighten and domestic assault in the third degree.

Incidents

April 2

12:45 p.m.: A report of a person attacked by a pit bull in the 2100 block of South Washington Avenue was taken.
