8:45 a.m.: James E. Miller, 43, of the 1100 block of South Osage Avenue, was arrested in the 100 block of East 16th Street on a charge of driving with a revoked license.
9:24 a.m.: Joshua R. Phillips, 21, no address given, was arrested in the 300 block of South Lamine Avenue on charges of forgery and receiving stolen property.
3:22 p.m.: William H. Jayne II, 44, was arrested in the 800 block of East Broadway Boulevard on a charge of public peace disturbance.
3:54 a.m.: A burglary was reported at a residence in the 1100 block of East 15th Street.
11:31 a.m.: Two meter exchange units, valued at $118.95 each, were reported damaged in the 200 block of West Main Street.
1:57 p.m.: A female victim reported she was sexually assaulted by a male subject known to her near the intersection of West Fifth Street and South Kentucky Avenue.
2:13 p.m.: A victim reported he dropped a Samsung Galaxy S6 out of his vehicle near the intersection of East 20th Street and South Ingram Avenue, but when he returned he found it was gone.
8:47 p.m.: A victim reported a subject touched her inappropriately in the 400 block of East Broadway Boulevard a couple years ago.
Missouri State Highway Patrol
7:50 p.m.: Irene S. Miller, 73, of Woodstock, Ill., was arrested in Morgan County on charges of failure to drive on the right half of the road and driving while intoxicated.
12:20 a.m.: Megan N. Kreisel, 29, of Sedalia, was arrested in Pettis County on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
