Sedalia Police Department
1:42 a.m.: Rickey Lee Adair, 38, of Ionia, was arrested near the intersection of West 32nd Street and Highway Drive on a charge of driving while intoxicated. Officers responded to an accident where a vehicle traveled into the ditch on 32nd Street. During the investigation it was determined the driver was intoxicated.
1:43 a.m.: Juan M. Ubaldo, 25, of the 30000 block of Summers Road, was arrested in the 1800 block of West Third Street on a charge of driving while intoxicated. Officers responded to a report of a vehicle accident. A parked vehicle had been struck by another vehicle. During the investigation it was determined the driver was intoxicated.
5:06 p.m.: Shamikka M. Rice, 25, of the 2400 block of West Main Street, was arrested near the intersection of West 32nd Street and South Kentucky Avenue on charges of driving with a suspended license and failure to register annually with the Department of Revenue.
12:26 a.m.: Martavious Keyshawn Thomas, 25, of Sedalia, was arrested in the 2200 block of South Grand Avenue on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and second degree domestic assault. Officers responded to a report of a physical disturbance between a male and a female at Katy Park. The male fled before officer arrival. After talking with the female it was determined the male punched the female and that the pair is in a relationship. The male was located by a Pettis County Sheriff’s deputy and the male fled from him. Deputies deployed a taser and the male was taken into custody.
1:53 a.m.: A man reported he was assaulted and money was taken from him in the 100 block of West Main Street.
5:27 a.m.: Four vehicles were reported stolen from a business in the 3300 block of West Broadway Boulevard. It was also found that two license plates had been taken off vehicles at a business in the 3500 block of West Broadway Boulevard. The vehicles were located in Kansas City unoccupied.
4:42 a.m.: A firearm and three magazines for it were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1900 block of West 10th Street.
