Sedalia Police Department
7:22 p.m.: Andre D. Stewart, 22, of the 200 block of South Quincy Avenue, was arrested at his residence on a charge of second degree domestic assault. Officers responded to a report of domestic assault. The female victim said an argument with the suspect began when the suspect got home. The suspect allegedly threw her around, choked her and hit her. The suspect said the victim pushed her thumb into the side of his throat where he could not breathe.
9:38 p.m.: John Paul Nevels, 63, of the 300 block of West Seventh Street, was arrested in the 100 block of East Broadway Boulevard on a charge of stealing. Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated man in a business who wouldn’t leave. The complainant said the man was drinking beer and eating fish sticks he didn’t pay for. Officers made contact with the man, who said he was having a grand ol’ time in the store and admitted to not paying for anything. Officers gave the man the opportunity to pay for the items but he couldn’t recall where home was.
11:34 p.m.: Andrea N. Johnson, 25, of the 1500 block of Main Street, was arrested near the intersection of West 16th Street and South Missouri Avenue on a charge of driving with a revoked license.
12:39 a.m.: Jessica J.K. Bryant, 25, of the 1600 block of Heck Avenue, was arrested near the intersection of West 16th Street and South Harrison Avenue on charges of driving with a suspended license, no proof of insurance, failure to register annually with the Department of Revenue and no/non-working headlights.
6:45 a.m.: A television, valued at $1,185, was reported stolen in the 400 block of South Brown Avenue.
8:09 a.m.: A wallet was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 700 block of East 17th Street.
11:51 a.m.: Multiple unspecified items, valued at $500, were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 400 block of East Fourth Street.
Missouri State Highway Patrol
12:18 a.m.: Kaleb J. Adkins, 20, of Gravois Mills, was arrested in Morgan County on a charge of minor visibly intoxicated.
1:18 a.m.: Kara D. Vickers, 25, of Sedalia, was arrested in Pettis County on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
2:25 a.m.: Timofey P. Ovseychuk, 20, of Hughesville, was arrested in Pettis County on charges of driving while intoxicated and equipment violation.
8:18 p.m.: Matthew J. Finke, 46, of Kingston, was arrested in Morgan County on charges of boating while intoxicated and failure to display navigational lights.
10:29 p.m.: William P. Albin, 36, of Cole Camp, was arrested in Pettis County on charges of driving while intoxicated and speeding.
11:27 p.m.: Treavor E. McDaniel, 21, of Independence, was arrested in Henry County on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
2:02 a.m.: Blake T. Grosvenor, 24, of Jefferson City, was arrested in Morgan County on charges of driving while intoxicated and speeding.
3 a.m.: Kalen M. Whiteaker, 20, and Austin L. Bowen, 19, both of Independence, were both arrested in Pettis County on charges of two counts of second degree burglary, first degree property damage, second degree property damage, and theft/stealing.
3:15 a.m.: Sally C. Martin, 27, of Columbia, was arrested in Saline County on charges of driving while intoxicated, possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and speeding.
