Arrests

Aug. 29

11:53 p.m.: John Hardin Kurtz III, of Cole Camp, was arrested in the 2200 block of Ingram Avenue in Sedalia on charges of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana and failure to have a license plate light. He was later released with a court summons.

Incidents

Aug. 28

11:15 a.m.: Eldorado United Methodist Church, 10405 Eldorado Road in Green Ridge, reported a break-in at the church over the last week. A wireless microphone set was reported stolen.

7:28 p.m.: A victim in Green Ridge reported his green 1998 Ford Ranger was stolen from his residence in the 21000 block of state Route B.

Aug. 29

10:07 p.m.: A theft was reported in the 29000 block of U.S. Highway 50 in Sedalia.

Arrests

Aug. 29

8:55 a.m.: Adam A. Abney, 23, of Deepwater, was arrested in Henry County on charges of possession of a controlled substance, driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana, driving with a revoked license, failure to drive on the right half of the road resulting in a crash and possessing the license plates of another.

9:28 p.m.: Jason D. Hattey, 38, of Grain Valley, was arrested in Benton County on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
