Sept. 2 Police Reports


This list is a sampling of crime in Sedalia and the surrounding area. Information is taken from official police reports, which do not necessarily contain statements from all parties involved in each case.

Arrests

Aug. 31

9:47 a.m.: Justice K.T. Workman, 17, of the 1700 block of South Grand Avenue, was arrested near the intersection of West Fifth Street and South Harrison Avenue on charges of minor in possession of alcohol and two counts of stealing. Officers responded to a report of theft at a business. Management reported that on Aug. 26 and Aug. 30 a male subject came to the store and both times concealed alcohol and left without paying.

12:31 p.m.: A vehicle was reported damaged in the 2100 block of East Ninth Street. The victim reported a suspect threw a rock through the driver’s side front window, shattering the entire window.

8:07 p.m.: An assault was reported near Rissler Road and 32nd Street in Sedalia.

Aug. 31

7:05 a.m.: Unspecified property was reported stolen from vehicles in the 3900 block of CHapel Drive.

Arrests

Sept. 1

12:51 a.m.: Jarrod C. Robertson, 24, of Gravois Mills, was arrested in Morgan County on charges of driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving.
