This list is a sampling of crime in Sedalia and the surrounding area. Information is taken from official police reports, which do not necessarily contain statements from all parties involved in each case.

Arrests

Sept. 3

3:52 a.m.: Melvin Leo Ward, Jr., 33, of the 500 block of East 14th Street in Sedalia, was arrested in the 100 block of East Main Street on a charge of third degree domestic assault.

7:46 p.m.: Daryl E. Rasa, 23, of the 800 block of Marvin Avenue in Sedalia, was arrested near the intersection of South Marvin Avenue and East Broadway Boulevard on a charge of driving with a revoked license.

10:14 p.m.: Villiam A. Iziots, 18, of Hughesville, was arrested in the 1600 block of South Limit Avenue for driving with a suspended license.

11:59 p.m.: Valerie Nicole Peterman, 32, of Sedalia, was arrested near the intersection of East 12thStreet and South Hancock Avenue on charges of possession of dangerous non-narcotic drugs (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia after she was stopped walking down the middle of Hancock Avenue.

Sept. 4

12:13 a.m.: Kirbie L. Dalton, 30, of Branson, was arrested in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard on charges of domestic assault in the second degree, unlawful use with a weapon and armed criminal action following an argument with a male companion in the parking lot of a store. Dalton was reportedly pulled a knife on the male companion and threatened to stab him.

1:35 a.m.: Glyness D. Williams, 45, homeless, was arrested near the intersection of East Broadway Boulevard and South Marshall Avenue on charges of driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle on a highway without a valid license.

Sept. 5

Prisciliana Aguilar Gomez, 51, of Marshall, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle on a highway without a valid license and an outstanding warrant.

Sept. 5

2:25 a.m.: Fred Riaso, age unknown, of La Monte, was arrested on charges of domestic assault, felonious restraint and a Saline County warrant.
