Sedalia Police Department
10:09 a.m.: A lawn mower was reported stolen from Immanuel United Church of Christ, located at 418 W. Fourth St.
3:01 p.m.: A Social Security card was reported found near the intersection of East Third Street and South Engineer Avenue.
4:04 p.m.: $56.45 worth of gas was reported stolen at a business in the 3800 block of East Broadway Boulevard by a subject in a black Chevrolet truck.
9:42 a.m.: Unspecified items, valued at $1,840, were reported stolen from a shed at a business in the 3300 block of South Limit Avenue by a subject in a silver or gray Chevy El Camino with a raised section in the hood.
10:41 a.m.: An iPod was reported stolen while the victim was at a pool at an apartment complex in the 800 block of Ruth Ann Drive.
10:45 a.m.: A small cement bird bath with a cardinal on the post and a gnome on top was reported stolen in the 2400 block of Killion Drive.
11:37 a.m.: A pink 20-inch Next bicycle with pegs on the back and an orange 20-inch Huffy bicycle with pegs on the front and a chrome sticker on the front were reported stolen from the front yard of a residence in the 500 block of East 12th Street.
12:10 p.m.: The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office reported that stolen checks involved in a burglary in Carroll County were being forged and used at businesses in Sedalia.
1:02 p.m.: Four tires were reported flat and a rear window was broken on a vehicle in the backyard of a residence in the 200 block of North Washington Avenue. A rock was found in the backseat of the vehicle, which appeared to be used to break the window.
1:36 p.m.: A cell phone was reported stolen from a vehicle while it was parked at a business in the 300 block of West Broadway Boulevard.
Pettis County Sheriff’s Office
12:54 a.m.: Josue Noe Sanchez-Amador, of Sedalia, was arrested near the intersection of Main Street and Winchester Drive on charges of driving without a valid license, no proof of insurance, no seat belt and failure to stop at a stop sign.
10:42 a.m.: Ryan Hefley, of Sedalia, was arrested in the 1300 block of Boonville Road on a charge of second degree domestic assault.
8:47 p.m.: Richard Dean Thomas, of Sedalia, was arrested on charges of making a terroristic threat and harassment in the 3200 block of West 16th Street. Thomas was making threats against State Fair Community College and board members’ personal residences.
5:32 p.m.: A 45-caliber handgun and silver coins were reported stolen in the 23000 block of Hall Road.
Missouri State Highway Patrol
2:37 p.m.: Cody J. Brandt, 25, of Warrensburg, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
