Arrests

July 24

12:32 p.m.: Jesse Rodger Marquess Jr., 35, of the 1200 block of South Limit Avenue, was arrested at his residence on a charge of stealing.

5:27 p.m.: Eric Allen Monsees, 46, of the 100 block of East 14th Street, was arrested in the 3700 block of West Broadway Boulevard on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

July 25

3:17 p.m.: Ronald Lee Howe, 30, of the 22000 block of Maltsbarger Road, was arrested in the 1700 block of East 16th Street on a charge of assault.

July 26

3:40 p.m.: Jimmie M. Tucker, 46, of the 1200 block of South Osage Avenue, was arrested at his residence on a charge of harassment.

Incidents

July 24

3:08 p.m.: A bicycle was reported stolen from a bike rack in the 200 block of West Third Street.

4:23 p.m.: $12 worth of gas was reported stolen from a business in the 3000 block of South Limit Avenue by someone driving a red truck.

July 25

10:42 a.m.: A teal Huffy Cruiser bicycle and a red-and-black Huffy Cruiser bicycle were reported stolen in the 1700 block of South Osage Avenue.

10:57 a.m.: A power drill was reported stolen from a residence in the 1400 block of South Moniteau Avenue.

11:51 a.m.: A cell phone, valued at $700, was reported stolen from a residence in the 500 block of North Prospect by two known subjects.

12:34 p.m.: A Blue cell phone, described as yellow with a yellow case, was reported stolen from a residence in the 1100 block of East 10th Street.

1 p.m.: A green-and-off-white Huffy bicycle was found in the 1000 block of West Broadway Boulevard.

1:57 p.m.: $105 worth of unspecified items were reported stolen from a residence in the 1300 block of East Sixth Street.

3:57 p.m.: An Internet cable was reported severed at a residence in the 800 block of East 19th Street, which cost $150 to repair.

July 26

9:03 a.m.: A 9mm pistol, debit card and driver’s license were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 3100 block of Brianna Drive.

Arrests

July 24

11:51 p.m.: Gary R. Fischer, 61, of St. Louis, was arrested in Morgan County on charges of failure to drive on the right half of the road and driving while intoxicated.

July 25

1:50 a.m.: Cody D. Knott, 23, of Iowa Falls, Iowa, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of driving while intoxicated, speeding and lane violation.

12:30 p.m.: Levi M. Summers, 29, of Lee’s Summit, was arrested in Henry County on charges of driving while intoxicated and speeding.

3:34 p.m.: Trinity D. Childers, 26, of Springfield, was arrested in Henry County on charges of driving while intoxicated, speeding and following too closely.

9:13 p.m.: Adam C. Combs, 32, of Clinton, was arrested in Henry County on charges of boating while intoxicated, no navigation lights and towing a skier after sunset.

July 26

1:47 a.m.: Ellen L. Cardwell, 45, of Sedalia, was arrested in Pettis County on charges of driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana, leaving the scene of an accident and no insurance.

7:37 a.m.: Daniel R. Mills, 19, of Latham, was arrested in Moniteau County on charges of driving while intoxicated, minor in possession and failure to yield when entering a highway from a driveway.
