March 4 Police Reports


This list is a sampling of crime in Sedalia and the surrounding area. Information is taken from official police reports, which do not necessarily contain statements from all parties involved in each case.

Arrests

March 2

6:20 p.m.: William B. Case, 46, of Marshall, was arrested near the intersection of West Broadway Boulevard and South Limit Avenue on a charge of driving with a revoked license. Officers responded to a vehicle accident and investigation revealed one of the drivers had a revoked license.

9:06 p.m.: Joe Fernandez Jr., 47, of the 1200 block of South Moniteau Avenue, was arrested near the intersection of South Limit Avenue and West Third Street on a charge of driving while intoxicated (drugs). Dispatch received a traffic complaint of a vehicle driving all over the road. Shortly after, dispatch received another report it had struck another vehicle near Third Street and Limit Avenue. Upon arrival, officers had the driver perform standard field sobriety tests, which he performed poorly.

March 3

1:01 a.m.: Tara M. Hitch, 32, of Climax Springs, was arrested in the 800 block of East Broadway Boulevard on charges of driving with a revoked/suspended license and no proof of insurance.
