March 16 Police Reports


This list is a sampling of crime in Sedalia and the surrounding area. Information is taken from official police reports, which do not necessarily contain statements from all parties involved in each case.

Sedalia Police Department

Arrests

March 14

8:06 p.m.: Elizabeth Marie Johnson, 18, of Hughesville, and Makala Dawn Baker, 17, of the 4200 block of West Main Street, were arrested in the 4300 block of Wisconsin Avenue on a charge of stealing. An associate at a business reported they caught two females taking items from the store. The property was recovered.

11:04 p.m.: Paul Norman Waller, 58, of the 1000 block of East 17th Street, was arrested in the 1700 block of South Lamine Avenue on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

Incidents

March 14

3:26 p.m.: The caller reported she recently found out her juvenile daughter was sexually abused in 2013 in Tipton by a relative. SPD forwarded the information to the appropriate authorities.

Missouri State Highway Patrol

Arrests

March 15

1:55 a.m.: Hayden L. Rhorer, 22, of Sedalia, was arrested in Pettis County on charges of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of an unlawful weapon.
