Sedalia Police Department
7:50 a.m.: Christopher Dean Klein, 33, of the 25000 block of Anderson School Road, was arrested near the intersection of South Limit Avenue and Liberty Park Boulevard on a charge of driving with a suspended license.
8:06 p.m.: Rhonda Marie Swofford, 34, of the 800 block of West Seventh Street, was arrested in the 600 block of North Ohio Avenue on a charge of stealing. A business reported the suspect took unknown items. An officer made contact with the suspect, recovered the items and arrested the suspect, who was released with a municipal court summons.
8:06 p.m.: Justin Lee Denny, 36, of the 1000 block of West Fourth Street, was arrested near the intersection of West Fourth Street and Dal Whi Mo Court on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful use of a weapon. A traffic stop was conducted for a vehicle without license plates. The investigation revealed the driver was in possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a prohibited style of weapon.
3:26 p.m.: A possible child sex crime was reported.
Missouri State Highway Patrol
4:19 p.m.: Melinda K. Hammond, 56, of Oak Grove, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of driving while intoxicated (with a person under the age of 17 in the vehicle), failure to drive on the right side of the road and leaving the scene of an accident.
11:04 p.m.: Jason M. Witt, 43, of California, Missouri, was arrested in Moniteau County on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
11:47 p.m.: Clayton A. Schaben, 26, of Jefferson City, was arrested in Moniteau County on charges of driving while intoxicated, possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and no insurance.
12:17 a.m.: Christina M. Farmer, 42, of Eldon, was arrested in Moniteau County on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
1:20 a.m.: Justin D. Hoellering, 36, of California, Missouri, was arrested in Moniteau County on charges of no insurance and driving while intoxicated.
