April 21 Police Reports


This list is a sampling of crime in Sedalia and the surrounding area. Information is taken from official police reports, which do not necessarily contain statements from all parties involved in each case.

Arrests

April 16

12:32 a.m.: Cody F.A. Lappat, 36, of the 2800 block of Westlake Drive, was arrested near the intersection of West Ninth Street and South Moniteau Avenue on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

11:36 a.m.: Steven D. Gerken, 37, of Pilot Grove, was arrested near the intersection of West Broadway Boulevard and Griffith Avenue on charges of driving while intoxicated and vehicle to be driven carefully. A traffic stop was conducted for careless and imprudent driving. The driver completed field sobriety tests and showed several signs of impairment.

April 19

7:27 p.m.: Eric Abraham Lilly, 34, of the 1800 block of East Broadway Boulevard, was arrested near the intersection of East 15th Street and South Engineer Avenue on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

April 20

7:15 a.m.: Joshua Nolly Delacrus, 30, of the 1600 block of South Montgomery Avenue, was arrested near the intersection of South Ohio Avenue and West 16th Street on charges of driving with a suspended license, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. A traffic stop was conducted when an officer recognized a driver as having a suspended license. After making contact with the driver, dispatch confirmed the suspended license. Investigation revealed methamphetamine and related paraphernalia.

Incidents

April 19

5:23 p.m.: A known subject reportedly took a money bag containing about $3,000 from a business in the 3500 block of West Broadway Boulevard.

Arrests

April 19

2:55 p.m.: Antoinette Y. Rutschke, 51, of Springfield, was arrested in Benton County on charges of driving while intoxicated, driving with a revoked license and speeding.

3:30 p.m.: Rachael K. Magruder, 26, of Louisville, Kentucky, was arrested in Saline County on charges of possession of a controlled substance (Xanax), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

3:30 p.m.: Nathan E. Cavallo, 22, of Louisville, Kentucky, was arrested in Saline County on charges of possession of a controlled substance (THC hash), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

April 20

7:46 a.m.: Jarian W. Gipson, 38, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested in Saline County on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance.

7:49 a.m.: Linda M. Johnson, 37, of Sikeston, was arrested in Saline County on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance.
