This list is a sampling of crime in Sedalia and the surrounding area. Information is taken from official police reports, which do not necessarily contain statements from all parties involved in each case.

Arrests

Aug. 7

11:04 a.m.: Oleg A. Mironov, 20, of the 2400 block of South Haven Drive, was arrested near the intersection of West 10th Street and Carr Avenue on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

1:41 p.m.: Chiron Byarie Webb, 24, of the 2100 block of South Ingram Avenue, was arrested near the intersection of West Ninth Street and Harrison Avenue on a charge of third degree assault.

2:15 p.m.: Kristen R. Miller, 26, of the 200 block of North Harding Avenue, was arrested in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard on a charge of stealing.

4:45 p.m.: Wayne Thomas Lion, 33, of Monsterrat, was arrested in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard on a charge of stealing.

5:04 p.m.: Derick Brent Schreiner, 37, no address given, was arrested in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard on charges of first degree burglary, stealing, unlawful possession of a concealable weapon and unlawful use of a weapon.

Aug. 8

9 a.m.: Victoriano Sevastian-Felipe, 23, of the 4200 block of West Main Street, was arrested in the 1900 block of West Main Street on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

1:38 p.m.: Laura LeeAnn Martin, 25, of the 1000 block of East Fifth Street, was arrested at her residence on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance.

7:58 p.m.: Jennifer L. Hurley, 33, of Easton, Kansas, was arrested near the intersection of South Limit Avenue and West Broadway Boulevard on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

8:16 p.m.: Brandon M.E. Oshel, 28, of Easton, Kansas, was arrested near the intersection of South Limit Avenue and West Broadway Boulevard on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and first degree endangering the welfare of a child.

Incidents

Aug. 6

8:03 a.m.: A Gravely lawnmower, a trailer, toolbox and ramps for the trailer, with a combined value of $6,330, were reported stolen in the 1100 block of South Ohio Avenue.

Aug. 7

1:41 p.m.: Damage to the door, screen, window, cabinet and microwave oven of a fifth-wheel camper was reported in the 2900 block of West Broadway Boulevard.

6:42 p.m.: A burglar alarm was activated at a business in the 300 block of West Main Street. It was discovered entry was made through a northside sliding door. Management said nothing was missing.

Aug. 8

11:17 a.m.: A bucket of tools, valued at $800, was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 1400 block of South Missouri Avenue.

Aug. 9

7:55 a.m.: License plates were reported stolen from a vehicle in front of a residence in the 4900 block of East Broadway Boulevard.

2:22 p.m.: A victim in the 4100 block of West Broadway Boulevard reported someone was using her credit device fraudulently. It had been used at two businesses in Sedalia and declined at two businesses in Sedalia, with more than $1,000 in pending charges.

Aug. 7

6:59 p.m.: Bradley D. Nagel, 35, of Stover, was arrested in Morgan County on charges of driving while intoxicated, driving with a suspended license, careless and imprudent driving resulting in a vehicle accident and four counts of child endangerment.

11:50 p.m.: Keith E. Cook, 34, of Sedalia, was arrested in Pettis County on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

Aug. 8

1:41 a.m.: Kenneth C. Renfrow, 21, of Pilot Grove, was arrested in Saline County on charges of driving while intoxicated, speeding and no seat belt.

11:36 a.m.: Kimberly K. Bise, 55, of Odessa, was arrested in Saline County on charges of driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving involving an accident.

10:06 p.m.: Parker R. Desjardins, 27, of Gardner, Kansas, was arrested in Morgan County on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

11:47 p.m.: Rowdy R. Faglie, 26, of Urich, was arrested in Henry County on charges of driving with a suspended license, speeding and no insurance.

Aug. 9

Midnight: Jacob A. Meade, 24, of Urich, was arrested in Henry County on charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to register a motor vehicle.

1:04 a.m.: Morgan A. Ballard, 20, of Sedalia, was arrested in Pettis County on charges of driving while intoxicated, minor in possession and speeding.

1:15 a.m.: Maddelaine L. Waibel, 20, of Sedalia, was arrested in Pettis County on a charge of minor in possession.

2:07 a.m.: Andrew N. Davis, 32, of Osceola, was arrested in Henry County on charges of driving while intoxicated, endangering the welfare of a child, speeding, failure to signal and no seat belt.
