Aug. 10

10:35 p.m: A hit-and-run vehicle accident was reported in a business parking lot in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard.

Aug. 11

10:22 a.m.: A bicycle was found in the front yard of a residence in the 1700 block of West 11th Street.

Pettis County Sheriff’s Office

Arrests

Aug. 8

2:03 a.m.: Pettis County deputies were in a vehicle pursuit with Eris L. Swigert, of Sedalia. He was arrested by deputies at his residence in the 1700 block of South Marvin Avenue on charges of resisting arrest, driving with a suspended license, failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to stay in the right half of the road, speeding, careless and imprudent driving, failure to signal and no license plate light.

Aug. 8

5:47 p.m.: Several power tools were reported stolen during a burglary at a residence in the 22000 block of North U.S. Highway 65.

Aug. 9

7:37 p.m.: A theft was reported in the 29000 block of Lakeshore Drive.

Missouri State Highway Patrol

Arrests

Aug. 10

3:41 p.m.: Devin R. Weir, 18, of La Monte, was arrested in Pettis County on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

Aug. 11

1:50 a.m.: Nicholaus A. Semler, 17, of Sedalia, was arrested in Pettis County on charges of driving while intoxicated, lane violation and no seat belt.

3:35 a.m.: Henry E. Roberts, 22, of Smithton, was arrested in Pettis County on charges of driving while intoxicated and lane violation.

8:37 a.m.: Angela L. Lynch, 49, of Otterville, was arrested in Moniteau County on charges of careless and imprudent driving and driving while intoxicated.

9:20 a.m.: Mark E. Prater, 45, of Rockville, was arrested in Henry County on charges of possession of methamphetamine and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
