Aug. 15-16 Police Reports


This list is a sampling of crime in Sedalia and the surrounding area. Information is taken from official police reports, which do not necessarily contain statements from all parties involved in each case.

Sedalia Police Department

Arrests

Aug. 11

9:43 p.m.: Troy D. Fogarty, 33, of the 1400 block of Elm Hills Boulevard, was arrested in the 200 block of West Second Street on a charge of stealing and vehicle inspection regulation.

Aug. 14

2:09 a.m.: Alex Neil Dake, 20, of Warsaw, was issued a municipal court summons near the intersection of East 17th Street and South Engineer Avenue for minor in possession of alcohol and open container.

Incidents

Aug. 7

3:40 p.m.: Three cases of beer and a bag of ice were reported stolen from a business in the 1700 block of East Broadway Boulevard.

Aug. 12

6:28 a.m.: A vehicle was reportedly broken into in the 1100 block of South Lamine Avenue and the signal lever was broken off the steering column.

Aug. 13

8:40 a.m.: Twenty-eight prescribed pills were reported stolen in the 1000 block of West Third Street.

10:45 a.m.: A victim reported someone had been using her identity for utilities at a residence in the 400 block of North Missouri Avenue for the past month.

12:23 p.m.: A keychain and a 16GB SD card were reported stolen from a business in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard.

12:23 p.m.: A subject reportedly placed items under her infant child seat and into her purse and left the business in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard without paying for them.

9 p.m.: A bottle of alcohol, valued at $11.69, was reported stolen from a business in the 1400 block of South Limit Avenue.

11:21 p.m.: Suspects reportedly came to a residence in the 800 block of East 13th Street and stole numerous items, then left the area. One of the suspects reportedly had a handgun.

Aug. 14

2:07 a.m.: A television and a Xbox 360 console, combined value of $2,200, were reported stolen from a residence in the 600 block of West Sixth Street.

Aug. 12

2:04 p.m.: A theft was reported in the 27000 block of Griessen Road.

Missouri State Highway Patrol

Arrests

Aug. 13

11:36 a.m.: Shahid R. Pratt, 39, of Kansas City, was arrested in Saline County on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

Aug. 14

12:46 a.m.: Tracey L. Weisner, 53, of Sedalia, was arrested in Pettis County of three counts of fourth degree assault.
