Sedalia Police Department
8:14 p.m.: Jose Herrera, 17, of the 500 block of West Sixth Street, was arrested in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard on a charge of stealing.
3:14 p.m.: Leon J. Johnson, 32, of Houstonia, was arrested in the 800 block of East Broadway Boulevard on a charge of driving with a suspended license.
11:02 p.m.: Kelly Randal Capehart, 51, of the 500 block of South Grand Avenue, was arrested in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard on charges of stealing and first degree burglary.
5:11 p.m.: A wallet containing $100 and other miscellaneous items was reported stolen in the 600 block of South Moniteau Avenue.
7:08 p.m.: A mother reported an unknown suspect slapped her daughter on the back in the 100 block of East 16th Street.
3 p.m.: A mother reported alleged sexual misconduct involving her child in the 800 block of West Broadway Boulevard.
4:03 p.m.: $40 worth of gas was reported stolen from a business in the 3000 block of South Limit Avenue.
5:44 p.m.: A victim reported an unknown juvenile male suspect approached him while at the skate park in the 2200 block of South Grand Avenue and threw food on him, damaging his shirt.
6:54 p.m.: A hit-and-run vehicle accident was reported near the intersection of East 16th Street and South Marvin Avenue.
12:41 a.m.: An intoxicated subject reportedly attempted to make entry into a residence in the 1600 block of East Fifth Street, then was standing in the street yelling. Once the subject was unable to get inside, and became aware the police had been called, the subject retreated to the alley, but damaged two of the tires on the victim’s vehicle before fleeing the area.
Missouri State Highway Patrol
12:38 p.m.: Adrian D. Rivera, 27, of Colorado Springs, was arrested in Saline County on charges of driving while intoxicated and speeding.
