Sept. 2

1:50 p.m.: A neighbor was reportedly stealing electricity from a residence in the 500 block of West Fourth Street by running an extension cord between the two residences.

2:41 p.m.: Oxycodone and alprazalam were reported stolen from someone attending a party at the residence in the 900 block of South Kentucky Avenue.

5:14 p.m.: A Garmin GPS was reported stolen from a locked vehicle in the 600 block of East 14th Street.

8:18 p.m.: A domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of South Stewart Avenue.

Pettis County Sheriff’s Office

Incidents

Sept. 1

8:55 a.m.: Identity theft was reported in the 3600 block of state Route M in Sedalia. The victim reported his personal information was fraudulently used to obtain a credit card, with more than $20,000 in unauthorized transactions made.

Sept. 2

11:32 a.m.: Graffiti was reported in the Smithton Cemetery on Rattlesnake Hill Road.
