Sept. 7 Police Reports


This list is a sampling of crime in Sedalia and the surrounding area. Information is taken from official police reports, which do not necessarily contain statements from all parties involved in each case.

Arrests

Sept. 6

Jody Joe Crane, 43, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after he was found passed out in the 4200 Block of West Main Street. He was taken to Bothwell Regional Medical Center and later transferred to the Pettis County Jail.

Sept. 4

1:58 p.m.: Traci Renee Rabourn, 32, of the 1000 block of East Broadway Boulevard, was arrested in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard on suspicion of shoplifting sunglasses.

7:24 p.m.: Bobby Joe Denny, 40, of the 1600 block of South Osage Avenue, was arrested at West 15th Street and South Osage Avenue on driving with a suspended license and a felony warrant out of Henry County.

7:55 p.m.: Pedro Aguare-Yat, 26, was arrested at West 10th Street and Grand Avenue on driving with no license, resisting arrest and driving without insurance.

Incidents

Sept. 5

11:28 a.m. A report of theft by stealing of license plates and a battery from a vehicle in the 1400 block of South Ohio Avenue.

2:44 p.m.: A report of theft by stealing of two Sony PlayStation controllers was reported in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard.

10:12 p.m. A 1995 Ford Explorer was reported stolen from the 1300 block of South Osage Avenue.

Sept. 4

3:52 p.m.: An 11-year-old boy was reported missing after his father went to pick him up at Smith-Cotton Junior High School. The boy is described as white with blond hair and blue eyes, 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 90 pounds. He was last reported wearing white shoes, black shorts and was carrying a green book bag.

Sept. 3

1:58 p.m.: A hit-and-run was reported at 16th Street and South Engineer Avenue. A gas meter was damaged and later a stop sign was reported damaged at East 24th Street and South Engineer Avenue. A vehicle believed to be involved was later found.

Incidents

Sept. 4

8 a.m.: A report of property damage was taken in the are of Highway O and Salem Road.

2 p.m.: A report of unlawful use of a weapon that occurred on earlier date was taken in the 26000 block of Prairie Road.

7 p.m.: A report of theft was taken in the 6000 block of U.S. highway 50.

Sept. 5

5:59 p.m.: An assault report was taken in the 1300 block of East Boonville Road.

Arrests

Sept. 6

1:59 a.m.: Niles R. Dixon, 33, of Kansas City, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain his lane in Clay County.

5:43 a.m.: Mark S. Dominick, 24, of Lee’s Summit, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated in Johnson County.

Sept. 5:

9:45 p.m.: Jerry D. Earley, 63, of Warsaw, was arrested on suspicion of felony driving with a revoked license, felony driving while intoxicated as a chronic offender, following too closely, a lane violation, consuming alcohol while driving, and no safety belt violation in Johnson County.

8: 19 p.m.: Steven M. Kelley, 51, of Lee’s Summit, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding in Johnson County.

7:29 p.m.: Dallas L. White, 33, of Centerview, was arrested on suspicion of boating while intoxicated and failure to register a vessel in Benton County.

4: 54 p.m.: Shawn A Nollenberg, 26, of Collins, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to affix a license plate properly and following too closely in Benton County.

1 p.m.: Timothy D. Specker, 50, of Marshall, was arrested for felony possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding in Henry County.

11:22 a.m.: Karissa M. Glidewell, 20, of Mayview, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of a crash, failure to drive on the right half of roadway, a seat belt violation and no insurance in Johnson County.

1:59 a.m.: David C. Gott, 24, of Puxico was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a prior offense, a lane violation and a turn signal violation in Pettis County.

1:06 a.m. Thomas C. Harding, 46, of Grandview, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and driving on a revoked license in Henry County.

Sept. 4

3:27 a.m.: Norrisah D. O’Dell, 22, of Kansas City was arrested for driving while intoxicated, and a lane violation in Clay County.
