Oct. 6 Police Reports


This list is a sampling of crime in Sedalia and the surrounding area. Information is taken from official police reports, which do not necessarily contain statements from all parties involved in each case.

Arrests

Oct. 3

7:54 p.m.: Rebecca A. Dull, 48, of Warrensburg, was arrested in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard on a charge of stealing.

Oct. 4

1:19 p.m.: Jonathan D. Robinson, 26, of the 500 block of South Kentucky Avenue, was arrested at his residence on a charge of third degree assault.

Incidents

Oct. 2

10:10 a.m.: A victim reported in the 3100 block of West Broadway Boulevard that a suspect was showing random people sexually explicit photos and saying they were of the victim.

Oct. 3

7:37 p.m.: A bottle of alcohol, valued at $17.99, was reported stolen from a business in the 700 block of East Broadway Boulevard.

Oct. 4

12:07 a.m.: A hit-and-run vehicle accident was reported in a parking lot in the 400 block of South Ohio Avenue.

4:43 p.m.: A victim reported an assault in the 3800 block of East Broadway Boulevard. The victim said she did not see the suspect pulling into the business parking lot as she was backing out. The suspect reportedly got out of his vehicle, approached the victim’s vehicle and hit the victim in the nose.

Arrests

Oct. 3

10 p.m.: Adam M. Schmidt, 30, of Centertown, was arrested in Moniteau County on charges of driving while intoxicated and no seat belt.

Oct. 4

1:40 a.m.: Steven L. Kusgen, 42, of California, Missouri, was arrested in Moniteau County on charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the road.

2:56 a.m.: Randall W. Benedict, 59, of Boonville, was arrested in Moniteau County on charges of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right side of the road resulting in an accident and driving with a suspended license.

10:24 a.m.: Debra J. Culbertson, 51, of Holden, was arrested in Johnson County on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
