Oct. 9 Police Reports

This list is a sampling of crime in Sedalia and the surrounding area. Information is taken from official police reports, which do not necessarily contain statements from all parties involved in each case.

Oct. 7

1:50 p.m.: Bethany J. Wuebker, 23, of the 200 block of South Ohio Avenue, was arrested at her residence on a charge of first degree property damage.

2:01 p.m.: Marcus Linn Hockaday, 33, of the 900 block of South Kentucky Avenue, was arrested near the intersection of West Seventh Street and Kentucky Avenue on a charge of driving with a suspended license.


Oct. 3

10:45 p.m.: Officers responded to a report of a disturbance on the Missouri State Fairgrounds in the 2500 block of West 16th Street. Upon arrival, officers separated a large physical disturbance. One female subject wanted to make an assault report. She stated she was hit by two other subjects. Officers did not locate the subjects.

Oct. 6

12:50 p.m.: Two televisions, a GPS device and some jewelry were reported stolen from a storage unit in the 1400 block of West Main Street.

Oct. 7

2:41 p.m.: A black-and-green BMX-style bicycle with pegs on the front and back wheels, valued at $80, was reported stolen from the backyard of a residence in the 1400 block of South Grand Avenue.

3 p.m.: A UPS package was reported stolen from a front porch in the 600 block of West Second Street.

5:58 p.m.: A pink wallet containing personal identification cards and cash was reported stolen from the front porch of a residence in the 1300 block of South Ohio Avenue.

Oct. 7

5 p.m.: Billy J. Blood, 52, of Warsaw, was arrested in Johnson County on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

9:33 p.m.: Travis M. Riedl, 21, of Emma, was arrested in Pettis County on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
