This list is a sampling of crime in Sedalia and the surrounding area. Information is taken from official police reports, which do not necessarily contain statements from all parties involved in each case.

Arrests

Oct. 12

8:33 p.m.: Crystal G. Johnson, 38, of the 2400 block of West Main Street, was arrested near the intersection of West Main Street and South Moniteau Avenue on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

9:24 p.m.: Kenneth Brian Eby, 36, of Warrensburg, was arrested near the intersection of West Main Street and South Kentucky Avenue on a charge of driving with a revoked license.

Incidents

Oct. 9

9:54 a.m.: A 20-inch black-and-pink Huffy bicycle was reported stolen in the 700 block of South State Fair Boulevard. It was later located at a business and returned to the owner.

Oct. 12

2:49 p.m.: Vending machines in front of a business were reported broken in the 400 block of West Main Street. The suspect got away with about $100 in change. Video surveillance footage is being reviewed.

6:30 p.m.: Some locks were reported cut and a garage door was damaged at a business in the 300 block of West Main Street.

Oct. 13

7:02 a.m.: A faded blue 1989 Ford Mustang with a black wing and 1999-model wheels was reported stolen from a business parking lot in the 2500 block of West Broadway Boulevard.
