June 13-14 Police Reports

This list is a sampling of crime in Sedalia and the surrounding area. Information is taken from official police reports, which do not necessarily contain statements from all parties involved in each case.

June 10

9:24 p.m.: Katelind Payge Bishop, 18, of Windsor, was arrested in the 1100 block of South Gorrell Avenue on charges of driving with a suspended license and third degree assault.


June 11

2:19 a.m.: A caller reported seeing a white male subject wearing a red shirt and white pants enter a residence in the 300 block of East 26th Street and come out with a television. The caller said they yelled at the subject, who then dropped the TV and left on foot headed north from the area.

11:55 a.m.: A hit-and-run was reported while the victim’s vehicle was parked at a residence in the 600 block of East 11th Street.

11:56 a.m.: Mail and a package, valued at $50, were reported stolen from a mailbox in the 200 block of East 19th Street. The victim stated her mailman said he had delivered her mail that day.

1:39 p.m.: An HP laptop, valued at $2,000, was reported stolen from a residence in the 3200 block of South Kentucky Avenue.

June 12

2:31 a.m.: A purse, described as a black-and-white satchel with an anchor on it and containing a debit card and multiple ID cards, was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 300 block of South Vermont Avenue.

June 11

3:58 p.m.: Unspecified items were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1200 block of Elm Hills Boulevard.

6:50 p.m.: Unspecified items were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1200 block of Elm Hills Boulevard.

June 11

12:16 p.m.: Arnulfo A. Lopez, 35, of Sedalia, was arrested in Pettis County on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, unlawful possession of a firearm and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

6:40 p.m.: Charles S. Sousley, 61, of Warsaw, was arrested in Benton County on a charge of felon in possession of a weapon.

9:40 p.m.: Roger A. Forck, 63, of Gravois Mills, was arrested in Morgan County on charges of driving while intoxicated.
