Arrests

Oct. 17

Unknown time: Ann Elizabeth Bryant, 18, of the 1300 block of Broadway Boulevard in Sedalia, was arrested in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard, and charged with shoplifiting under $150.

Unknown time: Anastasia Irene Mann, 18, of the 1400 block of West 11th Street in Sedalia, was arrested in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard on a charge of shoplifting under $150.

3:51 p.m.: Johnathan L. Perry, 20, of the 500 block of East Fifth Street in Sedalia, was arrested on Seventh Street near South Lafayette Avenue on a charge of assault following a report of a fight between several males.

3:55 p.m.: Jeremiah Christopher Coleman, 37, of the 500 block of East Seventh Street, was arrested for shoplifting.

11:21 a.m.: Timbera L. Duffey, 28, of Sedalia was arrested at Bothwell Regional Medical Center on a charge of third degree assault on a law enforcement officer.

Arrest

Oct. 17

2:28 a.m.: Wesley R. Bain, 23, of Kansas City, was arrested in Clay County on charges of driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Oct. 18

1:19 a.m.: Daniel W. Paxton, 62, of Smithton, was arrested in Pettis County on charges of felony driving while intoxicated, driving with a revoked license, and no valid insurance.

1:30 a.m.: Kyle D. Buttera, 25, of Clinton, was arrested in Henry County on charges of driving while intoxicated, speeding and no seat belt.

2 a.m.: McKenna N. Rios, 19, of Warsaw, was arrested in Benton County on charges of driving while intoxicated, minor visibly intoxicated and no brake light.

5:26 a.m.: John S. Holtman, 54, 54, was arrested in Pettis County on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
