Sedalia Police Department

Arrests

Oct. 21

1:52 p.m.: Jason H. Pennington, 48, of the 2400 block of North Woodlawn Drive, was arrested in the 2100 block of West Broadway Boulevard on charges of identity theft, no insurance and missing/illegible registration number.

9:32 p.m.: Elvin Jeffrey Bauer, 55, of the 100 block of North Birdseye Street, was arrested near the intersection of North Limit Avenue and Duke Drive on charges of driving with a suspended/revoked license and no proof of insurance.

Oct. 22

3:40 a.m.: Mark Anthony Dean, 22, of the 700 block of West Fourth Street, was arrested near the intersection of West Broadway Boulevard and Limit Avenue on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

8:30 a.m.: Veronica L. Whitton, 34, of the 100 block of West Grand Avenue, was arrested near the intersection of South Moniteau Avenue and Broadway Boulevard.

Incidents

Oct. 21

10:49 a.m.: A dealer license plate was reported lost or stolen in the 3600 block of West Broadway Boulevard.

5:21 p.m.: A pillow and backpack were reported stolen from a residence in the 900 block of South Madison Avenue.

Oct. 22

3:40 p.m.: A 1994 red Ford Mustang convertible was reported stolen from the lot of a business in the 4300 block of South Limit Avenue. It was last seen driving east on Elm Street.

Missouri State Highway Patrol

Arrests

Oct. 21

9:37 p.m.: William D. Loper, 64, of Florence, was arrested in Morgan County on charges of lane violation and driving while intoxicated.

9:45 p.m.: Charles W. McDowell, 33, of California, Missouri, was arrested in Moniteau County on a charge of driving with a suspended license.
