Arrests

Nov. 3

3:49 p.m.: Mallorie D. Smith, 26, was issued a municipal court summons in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard for stealing after she concealed unspecified items in her purse and left the business without paying.

7:11 p.m.: Ashley Ann Burks, 30, and Jeffrey Robert Stoney, 34, both of the 2100 block of East Seventh Street, were both arrested on a charge of third degree domestic assault.

Nov. 4

12:55 a.m.: A door was reported damaged in the 600 block of East Fifth Street.

12:19 p.m.: WIC vouchers and an EBT card were reported stolen from a residence in the 1200 block of South Massachusetts Avenue.

Arrests

Nov. 3

10:36 p.m.: Carlos Melgar, 22, of Sedalia, was arrested in Pettis County on charges of driving while intoxicated, no valid license, careless and imprudent driving and no insurance.
