Arrests

Nov. 6

1:12 p.m.: David Dallas Shackles, 56, of the 1500 block of Crestview Avenue in Sedalia, arrested near the intersection of East Broadway Boulevard and Highway M on charges of driving while intoxicated as a persistent offender, possession of dangerous non-narcotic drugs, and driving on a suspended or revoked license.

5:22 p.m.: Troy D. Fogarty, 33, was the 1400 block of Elm Hills Boulevard in Sedalia, was arrested in the 2300 block of West Main Street on a charges of shoplifting and stealing

10:19 p.m.: Tiffany Napier, 18, of the 2600 block of Goodwill Chapel Road in Sedalia, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Incidents

Nov. 6

5:41 p.m.: A theft by stealing of $250 cash was reported in the 3100 block of West Broadway Boulevard.

Nov. 7

6:16 p.m.: A theft by stealing of a purse from a shopping cart was reported in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard.

Arrests

Nov. 8

1:18 p.m.: Tyler A. Spradley, 18, of Kansas City, was arrested in Clay County on a felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

Nov. 7

11:20 a.m.: Brigham Moberly, 48, of Worcester, Massachusetts, was arrested in Saline County on a charges of felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

2 a.m.: Kalonda T. Dean, 23, of Sedalia, was arrested in Pettis County on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
