Sedalia Police Department
2:21 p.m.: Shawonda Ceairra Dean, 22, of the 400 block of Buckner Court, was arrested in the 2000 block of West Broadway Boulevard on a charge of driving with a suspended license.
5:01 p.m.: Jessica Rena Brown, 26, of the 1000 block of South Merriam Avenue, was arrested at her residence on charges of second degree robbery, third degree assault and stealing. A victim witnessed Brown place several items in her purse at a business in the 600 block of North Ohio Avenue and attempted to leave. The victim confronted Brown, who hit the victim several times and left the store.
2:20 a.m.: Joshua A. Winkler, 23, of the 700 block of East 15th Street, was arrested near the intersection of East 11th Street and Engineer Avenue on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
9:32 a.m.: Dwayne Kenneth Holt, 48, of the 1300 block of East Boonville Street, was arrested near the intersection of East Boonville Street and Harding Avenue on a charge of driving with a suspended license.
2:56 a.m.: Patrick S. McConnell, 26, no address given, was arrested in the 500 block of South Ohio Avenue on a charge of private peace disturbance.
3:21 a.m.: Patrick S. Radu, 37, of the 200 block of Dundee Avenue, was arrested in the 300 block of West Broadway Boulevard on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
1:30 p.m.: A maintenance worker at an apartment complex in the 700 block of North Osage Avenue reported a window had been shot out in an apartment. One bullet was recovered in the apartment. No injuries were reported and there are no suspects.
6:19 p.m.: A sterling silver ring with little diamonds in a square on top, valued at $300, was reported stolen from a residence in the 400 block of Welch Court.
Missouri State Highway Patrol
12:17 p.m.: Levi Slate, 18, of Hallsville, was arrested in Pettis County on charges of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ronald G. Smith, 69, of Holden, was arrested in Johnson County on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of drug paraphernalia.
