Arrests

Dec. 12

1:27 a.m.: Janice L. Webster, 53, of Warsaw, was arrested near the intersection of East Sixth Street and South Engineer Avenue on a charges of possession of synthetic narcotics, tampering with evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia. According to a Sedalia Police report, Webster was charged with tampering after she tried to ingest the suspected narcotics.

4:56 a.m.: Dustin A. Hosan, of the 400 block of South Quincy Avenue in Sedalia was arrested and issued a summons near the intersection of West Seventh Street and Vermont Avenue on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Dec. 11

7:50 p.m.: Elena Garcia Hickman, 49, listed as homeless was arrested on a charge of possession of alcohol on city property and a violation of the city’s noise ordinance.

8:19 p.m.: Fred J. Hanley, 52, of Warrensburg, was arrested in the 3200 block of West Broadway Avenue on charges first degree burglary, operating on a highway without a license and failure to signal.

Incidents

Dec. 11

10:49 a.m.: An injured deer had to be euthanized in the 3100 block of Main Street.
