June 22

4:59 p.m.: Claudia D. Steinort, 22, of Windsor, was arrested in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard on a charge of stealing.

5:42 p.m.: Dawn Allison Johnson, 36, no address given, was arrested in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard on charges of stealing, three counts of possession of synthetic narcotics, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

6:42 p.m.: Laura LeeAnn Martin, 25, of the 1000 block of East Fifth Street, was arrested in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard on a charge of stealing.

June 24

11:30 a.m.: Clifford T. Hutler, 25, of the 1800 block of South Beacon Avenue, was arrested in the 200 block of West Second Street on charges of two counts of statutory rape, first degree statutory sodomy and two counts of first degree child molestation.

5:38 p.m.: Kenneth Samuel McGee Jr., 20, of the 700 block of East Ninth Street, was arrested in the 400 block of West Sixth Street on a charge of resisting arrest.


June 22

6:32 p.m.: $40 in cash and personal cards were reported stolen from a purse while the victim was at the Liberty Park Pool.

June 23

6:49 a.m.: A gray Craftsman riding mower was reported stolen from the yard of a residence in the 900 block of East Broadway Boulevard.

9:26 a.m.: At least four downtown Sedalia businesses reported property damage. Officers learned that during the night several utility services had been damaged.

1:15 p.m.: A victim was forced to engage in oral sex with an adult subject known to them in the 500 block of 17th Street.

2:11 p.m.: A window was damaged and plants were spilled inside a residence in the 800 block of East 13th Street. The victim also reported a “no trespassing” sign had been placed in the front window.

3:32 p.m.: Medicine and cologne were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

4:43 p.m.: The cover of the phone box outside Calvary Episcopal Church in the 700 block of South Ohio Avenue was reported torn off. Wires and equipment inside the box were reported damaged, causing the church to be without power.

9:25 p.m.: A 20-inch blue-and-black Next bicycle, valued at $70, a small silver Razor scooter with red handle grips, valued at $30, a large silver Razor scooter with blue handle grips, valued at $40, and a Hitachi 12-volt cordless flashlight with a battery pack and green-and-black grips, valued at $60, were reported stolen from the front yard of a residence in the 300 block of North Osage Avenue.

June 24

1:14 a.m.:The front door of a residence in the 100 block of Katy Circle was reported kicked in and damaged.

3 a.m.: A small portion of a garage in the 600 block of West Sixth Street was reported on fire. It was extinguished by the Sedalia Fire Department. The cause is unknown.

June 23

2:30 p.m.: Delsey J. Menge, 40, of Windsor, was arrested in Henry County on charges of driving without a valid license and false impersonation.

5:36 p.m.: Anthony M. Roach, 21, of Versailles, was arrested in Morgan County on charges of resisting arrest, failure to signal, driving on the left side of the road when vision was obstructed by a hill, speeding, cutting in on an overtaken vehicle, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
