Jan. 25

12:08 p.m.: Cody A. Harvey, 23, was issued a municipal court summons in the 2000 block of South Limit Avenue for stealing.

9:12 p.m.: Gary Lee Barnett Jr., 40, of Sweet Springs, and Jamie C. Hern, 26, were both arrested on West Broadway Boulevard on a charge of stealing. A theft by a male and female was reported at a business in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard. Upon arrival, officers located and arrested the female, but the male had fled the scene. He was later found and arrested near a different business farther down Broadway Boulevard.

Jan. 24

11:32 p.m.: Zkristopher Danyale Deleshull, of Sedalia, near the intersection of Emmit Avenue and Howard Street in Sedalia on charges of driving while intoxicated, no proof of insurance, no seat belt, emitting excessive and unnecessary noise from a motor vehicle and possession of a concealed weapon.

Jan. 26

9:04 a.m.: Maria G. Rubio, 19, was arrested at Smith-Cotton High School by the School Resource Officer on a charge of possession of marijuana. She was transported to the Pettis County Jail where she was released on a summons.

11:06 a.m.: Jeffrey A. Schmutz, 55, of Warsaw, was arrested in Benton County on charges of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and failure to drive on the right half of the road.
